Skull and Crossbones Nebula | NGC 2467
Nicknamed for its skull-like appearance (viewable by tilting your head 45 degrees to the left!), this nebula in the Puppis constellation is a vibrant site of star formation, located approximately 20,000 light years from the Earth.
Imaged in BVR over 2.5 hours in 300-second exposures March 9th, 2024
