The Ghost Head Nebula, also known as NGC 2080, is a striking emission nebula located in the Large Magellanic Cloud, approximately 160,000 light-years away in the constellation Dorado. This star-forming region is notable for its eerie, ghostly appearance, with bright stellar nurseries and dark dust lanes shaped by intense radiation and winds from young, massive stars.
