NGC 3293
NGC 3293 is an open star cluster located in the Carina constellation, approximately 8,000 light-years away from Earth. It is one of the youngest known star clusters, with an estimated age of around 10 million years, making it an excellent site for studying early stellar evolution. Rich in hot, blue stars, NGC 3293 is often referred to as a “jewel box” due to its bright and densely packed appearance.
