Omega Centauri

Omega Centauri | C80 | NGC 5139

Comprising 10 million stars, Omega Centauri is the largest globular cluster in our galaxy. Situated 17,000 light years away, the stars coalesce into a roughly spherical shape due to mutually-exerted gravitational effects.
